Description
[Preliminary course description]:
Participatns will examine the relationship between marine transportation and policy and planning on regional, national and international levels. Topics in the course include: fleet and technology development, national transportation policies, legislation and regulation, transport infrastructure plans and programs, buffer zones, and ecological impacts.
